Biore Charcoal Pore Strips, formally used to remove the clogged pores on your nose, now stands as a perfect way to unclog your pores over your entire face. I recently had a break out of blackheads and clogged pores on the side of my chin, so I decided to try the pore strip on them. After 15 minutes, I removed the paper-mache like pore strip from my chin, and was pleasantly surprised. I strongly recommend doing this if you have clogged pores throughout your face. Here is my results.
Last weekend, I was feeling a little spontaneous and decided to go to my hairstylist to try out a new look. After looking through a series of shades, I chose a honey blonde and caramel for a slight balayage in my hair and cut my hair to a long bob. I was skeptical at first to try this look, because I normally stick to my dark brown in the Fall/Winter and a lighter brown to blonde in the Spring/Summer, but the end product pleasantly surprised me. The transformation took about an hour and a half, first, she cut my hair just above the shoulders (longer in the back, shorter in the front) to create a kind-of Jennifer Anniston mid 2000's look. I absolutely fell in love with it because the lob is such a trendy look right now. The honey blonde and caramel look compliments my skin tone perfectly. I would highly recommend this look!
Music festivals are becoming a popular scene in America, making it the perfect time to experiment with fun and eclectic makeup. Bright blues, pinks, and pastels fill the crowds at music festivals like Coachella in California and Shaky Beats in Downtown Atlanta. Be free and open with your makeup look! Accessorize with sparkly glitters and a pop of color on your lips. Tarte recently released a makeup collection specifically for a magical, mystical, unicorn-boho look. You can find the collection in your local Sephora.
I recently picked up the Mario Badescu Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater Facial Spray at Ulta. Every night I apply the facial spray to my clean face after I get out of the shower and before I head to bed. The facial spray relaxes my senses and creates a soft surface on my pores. I would recommend this facial spray to anyone looking for an inexpensive edition to their skincare routine.
I recently went to Sephora to pick up a new lip balm. As expected, midway through the store I became distracted by several different colored palettes (ooh pretty colors!) and highlighters galore. I ended up in the foundation section of Make Up Forever where a Sephora associate (Angie to be exact) proceeded to help me. I explained to her the current condition of my skin and she directed me to the Kat Von D section of the cosmetic store. She sat me down at the makeup application station and started to apply the Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation. The difference in my coverage was unbelievable. Even with a light coverage, I could see a significant change in my skin tone. No redness or freckles were seen. I was so happy with the way the foundation looked, I decided to purchase the Lock-It Tattoo Foundation. Priced at $35, this foundation has been one of my favorite makeup purchases ever. It is not cakey, but build-able enough to cover freckles (and tattoos-literally!) I would recommend this foundation to everyone looking for a full coverage for a decent price. I will definitely be purchasing again.
Tarte recently released a new line of “Athleisure” makeup perfect for a hot sunny day on the beach. Without a doubt, the collection blew up and made a splash in Ulta’s around Georgia.
The "Tarte Guard" lightweight foundation gives a light coverage, but still protects the face from UV rays and covers small blemishes.
The "Blot Party" blotting sheets will keep your face matte and fresh throughout the scorching hot spring break. Whether you are laying on the beach in Cancun, or hitting the mall with your best buds, these blotting tissues are sure to keep your sweat minimal all day long.
The most popular item from their Athleisure collection remains the "Clean Queen" vegan deodorant. Customers love the vegan enhancement to a simple everyday essential.
